New England Patriots Fan Pack - 26 août 2013 Sent the Patriots a request for a Fan Pack via their Web Site (Went to Contact us and sent them an Email requesting a Fan Pack) on August 15, 2013, and a week later I got a Fan Pack in my mail box. Thank you Patriots! Patriots Fan Pack Success (New England Patriots) - 15 août 2013 Tuesday 8/6/13 I sent two football cards, letter, and SASE to Tom Brady requesting him to sign them. I received them back today 8/15/13 unsigned but I got a fan pack back instead. It came with 2 mini schedules, a pencil, mascot picture, Tom Brady schedule/poster, 2012 team picture, 2 sticker pages, a pullout offense/defense sign, and a letter thanking for being a fan.
